Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Sunbelt is currently hiring a Registered Nurse for a Home Health contract position with a local client near Lavonia, GA. Any Home Health RN s with at least one year of recent home health experience are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. Responsibilities of the Home Health Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Utilize expert knowledge of OASIS C
  • Complete accurate and detailed OASIS C Documentation within a 24-48-hour turnaround time
  • Case manage at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 patients per week
  • Scheduled visits will include but are not limited to providing wound care, IV administration and teaching, and Cardiac program follow up and intervention
  • Drive an average of 200 miles per week in the Lavonia, GA area

Experience required of the Home Health Registered Nurse (RN):

  • At least one year of Home Health experience within the last year required
  • In depth knowledge and in field experience of OASIS C required
  • Start of Care/Admissions experience required
  • Experience case managing at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 per week

Education required of the Home Health Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Associates Degree of Nursing or Bachelors Degree of Nursing
  • Georgia Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract, Housing Provided

Works Hours: 8:00AM-4:00PM, 40 hours per week

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
