2019 Entry Level - Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:
Operational ministry to a defined group of employees including labour law related topics from the employee's entry to exit
Job postings and recruiting
Be the person of contact for Supervisors and employees for all topics around personnel and labour law
Works council in operational daily business
Participate in talent review meetings of the departments and deduce development measures for succession planning
Use standardized procedures to rate positions in order to find market-conform compensation
Be the Subject Matter Expert in the area of PMP-System and PMP-Coordination on plant level
Collaboration in project orientated tasks
Position Requirements:
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
Internships within HR welcome
Knowledge of tariff bound human resources work
Knowledge of applicable employment laws and government regulations
Good knowledge of MS Office
Behavioural skills in Drive for Results, Priority Setting, Compassion, Self Development, Organizational Talent, Empathy, Customer Orientation and Conflict Management.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
