Description
Implement improvements from identified opportunities\.
Monitor compliance with agreed policies and procedures and initiate remedial actions\.
Initiate EHS performance programs aimed at achieving best practice within the Kautex group and industry\.
Assist with the creation and implementation of an action plan to achieve zero lift status within all standard work stations by end of year 2018\.
Through research, networking and benchmarking activities bring forward other general industry best practices specific to ergonomic principals\.
Conducting ergonomic and RULA assessments on new and modified workstations \(BMW/ Volvo lines\)\.
Developing training for team members in proper tank handling and job methods\.
Reviewing injury heat map and identifying areas for improvement\.
Entering information into the Incident/ Accident tracker and implementing corrective actions and follow ups\.
Identifying trends and patterns from near misses and suggesting plant improvements\.
Perform risk assessment on established production lines\.
Work with suppliers and members from other departments to develop solutions for identified opportunities\.
Establish a cross functional ergonomics team to address employee concerns and suggestions for improvement\.
Qualifications
Understanding of ergonomics principles
Strong presentation skills
Currently pursuing a University degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Human Factors, or related discipline\.
Knowledge of work stations and design

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
