We are a leading international Tier 1 automotive manufacturer that is looking for a controls engineer out of our Lavonia, GA plant to continue pushing our manufacturing/engineering department to the standard of excellence that we are accustomed toThis role involves assisting in the development and design of control software using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human/Machine Interfaces (HMI), troubleshooting problems efficiently, and engineering upgrades to enhance equipment efficiencyResponsibilities include support/maintenance of highly integrated machine control systems. This is a Contract-to-Hire Role Duration:
10 weeks minimum forecasted with conversion to full-time after that Hours:
7 PM-2 AM, overlaps 2nd and 3rd shifts with a break includedTraining will be 1st shift for the first 3 weeks. Rate during the length of the contract:
$33-$43/hour Salary if hired on full-time:

BS in a related field 4
years of controls engineering experience working with PLC-based control systems in industrial manufacturing environments PLC/HMI programming TCP/IP networking troubleshooting Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic and vision systems NICE TO HAVE:
