The Receptionist at Extreme Spray Foam is crucial to our operations, serving as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our sales team.
The ideal candidate will efficiently handle calls, schedule appointments, and manage the sales team's schedule, with an emphasis on reliability and consistent attendance.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, optimizing the sales team's schedule.
Managing the sales team's calendar, ensuring effective coordination.
Performing administrative duties, such as data entry, expense reports, etc.

Keeping the desk area tidy and organized.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in managing schedules and multitasking.
Familiar with office equipment and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus.
Strong emphasis on reliability and consistent attendance.
